What is a Caregiver Doula? Well, in the same way that a birth doula supports the family though the pregnancy and birth journey, a Caregiver Doula supports the Caregiver through their caregiving journey. You may be caring for a parent, spouse, child, sibling or friend. Your caregiving may be required for a week, a month or for many years. We are here to help you at home through all of it, for as long as it takes. We Care for the Caregiver.

The Caregiver’s Doula aims to provide essential, proactive respite and reliable home stabilization, enabling the primary family caregiver to sustain their own well-being and continue supporting their loved one at home. Stephanie, our founder, has been “the go-to person” for many loved ones, over many decades. With a full heart she decided to go all in and dedicate her energy to the endeavor full time. We know that when all of your energy and resource are spent caring for your loved one, many other things must take a back seat. Our commitment is to meet you where you are, and take as many tasks off your home plate as you are comfortable with. We want to prevent your burnout and help your home to continue to run smoothly, and most importantly, be a haven for you, as you navigate your caregiver journey. We have flexible schedules, lower than market rates, and a team of caring and loving staff here to support you.
